• Leadership & Professional Development

• Research & Quality Improvement

• Cultural Competence & Health Equity

• Advocacy, Policy & Workforce Issues

• Creative Pieces (reflections, narratives, poetry related to nursing)

Submission Guidelines:

• Word limit: 500-600 words excluding the references

• Format: Word document (doc)

• Use APA 7th edition for citations (if applicable)

• Cultural Competence & Health Equity

• Include: Author name, Credentials

• Email address & Phone number

• High-resolution headshot
